Idaho ATV Bill of Sale Overview
Idaho is a premier ATV destination with vast public lands and an excellent OHV program managed by Idaho Parks and Recreation. The state requires both titling and an OHV registration sticker. Idaho offers thousands of miles of trails through national forests, BLM land, and state endowment lands. The OHV sticker program funds trail maintenance and development statewide.
Whether you're buying a used ATV, selling a UTV, or transferring a dirt bike or snowmobile in Idaho, a properly completed bill of sale protects both parties and documents the transaction for titling, registration, and tax purposes.

Idaho ATV Registration & Titling Requirements
Idaho requires ATVs to be titled through the county assessor's office and to display an OHV sticker from Idaho Parks and Recreation. The OHV sticker is $20 per year for residents. Title transfer requires the signed title, bill of sale, and applicable fees. The OHV sticker must be purchased separately and displayed on the vehicle.
